Sanctity of Life Sunday – January 20th Our church will be participating in the baby bottle benefit to help support the CareNet Pregnancy Center. Pick up a bottle after church from Wanda Molligi on January 20th and fill it with your spare change or bills. Baby Bottles will be due back by February 17th.

SUNDAY IS COMMUNION SUNDAY: Following Sunday’s service, the Elders will be at the back of the church taking a collection for the Deacon’s Fund which is used to help people in our community.

ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL; Reflections of Yesterday, Decisions for Today, Plans for Eternity. Starting this Sunday January 6th thru February 17th at 9:00am in the Great Room; Study will include: Something to Live For…Philippians 4; An Internal Compass…John 10; Living with Hope and Joy…Psalm 16; Connections to Create…Colossians 3; Sculpturing of Hardships…Romans 5 Course Corrections: Reflection and Refocus…Romans 8; A Role to Play…1 Corinthians 12; and A Time to Act…Acts 1. Please see Mike Chouinard if you have any questions.  There is a signup sheet at the Welcome Center.

UGANDA:  There will be an Informational Meeting at Paula Chouinard’s Home on Monday, January 14th at 7pm. for those interested in learning more about the Uganda trip. There is a sign-up sheet at the Welcome Center and Paula will be in the Lobby before and after service today for anyone who has questions or needs additional information.

Starting Sunday, January 13th ~ New Sermon Series- “The Forgotten God” Pastor Francis Chan in his book, “The Forgotten God” presents the case that many churches, even if they would not say it’s true, have forgotten God in their worship and practice by neglecting the person and practice of the Holy Spirit. Is this true for each of us? Could this be said about our church? Do we live and minister in such comfort that we have eliminated the need of God’s Spirit? Would we even notice His absence?

DAVE RAMSEY FINANCIAL PEACE CLASS: Kicks off at the end of January. Pre-registration and a signup of at least 3 people is required, cost $95/person or couple and includes all course materials. Sign up at the Welcome Ctr.

NEW PARKING LOT: God has blessed enormously with the purchase of the land and God has been faithful through you, His People! But coming up with a plan was just the first step.  Now comes the task of planning and paying for the new parking lot needed, once started it must be completed. Giving is an act of worship so please continue to prayerfully consider how and if you are able to help fund the new parking lot as we move forward.



SUNDAY TECH TEAM needs your help! It takes 3 volunteers each Sunday to keep everything running smoothly and we need more volunteers. Can you help us by clicking through the slides one Sunday a month? Can you help us with the video recording of the morning service so that folks unable to attend can still take part? We offer easy training, fellowship with a great team, and comfy chairs! SONSHINE COMMUNITY TABLE FAMILY BREAKFAST: Mark your calendars for the next Family Breakfast on Saturday, January 5th  at 8:30am.

WILD GAME DINNER: Many volunteers are still needed to help with our Wild Game Dinner on January 17th at 6pm. A signup sheet is at the Welcome Center. Door Prizes are also needed. It’s a great time to pick up a bargain before or after Christmas for an outdoor minded person.  For all the cooks the recipe and meat will be ready to pick up Sunday Jan 13th after church in the lobby.  Please see Les Houston if you have any questions.

WOMEN’S MINISTRY: Connections: January 19th, 9-11, RBC Great Room. Come hear our Guest Speaker speak as we kick off 2019. You won’t want to miss the delicious brunch, warm fellowship, & thought-provoking discussion. Come and bring a friend!

MEN’S BREAKFAST: Mark your calendars for the next Men’s Breakfast on Saturday, January 26th at 7:30-9:00am.  Barry Brown will be the Guest Speaker. Join us as it will be a great morning.

DEEP FREEZE BISTRO (SNOW CAMP BENEFIT): The Youth Group invites you to a dinner of lasagna, salad, and dessert this coming Sunday, February 17th from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 p.m. in the Great Room. All tips and gratuities will go toward the cost of Snow Camp this March.



PRAYER WALKING every Saturday at 6:30am at Veterans Park, Manchester NH

KEEP HOPE ALIVE:  The 1st & 3rd Wednesday at 7:00pm of every month thereafter there will be a Family Support Group in the Office Upstairs Classroom which will provide support to adult family members with a loved one affected by Substance Use order. THE DERRY LIGHTHOUSE ~ OFFERING CONFIDENTIAL SUPPORT…IN THE STORM OF ADDICTION (DRUGS & ALCOHOL).  Monday’s 6:30pm-8:00pm held at First Baptist Church, 44 East Broadway, Derry NH (corner of Crystal and Broadway).  They can be contacted at 603-432-3482.

RED CROSS BLOOD DRIVE: The Red Cross is holding a Blood Drive here in the Great Room Friday, February 8th  from 12:00-5:00 p.m.  You can register online at http://www.redcrossblood.org. The American Red Cross has a critical need for blood. Right now, blood donations are currently being distributed to hospitals faster than they are coming in. Donations are urgently needed now to help ensure blood types don’t go missing. Donors who register with an email address will receive a $5.00  Amazon Ecard as a thank you! Please consider giving the gift of life during a critical time of need.

Rockingham VNA & Hospice will be offering 6 week long Bereavement Support Groups, starting on January 21st, in Exeter & Epping.  A Monday daytime group, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm at Epping Regional Health Center, a Tuesday evening group, from 5:30-7:00 at RVNA & Hospice, Exeter, and a Wednesday evening group from 5:30-7:00 at RVNA & Hospice, Exeter, are planned.  We also offer a monthly drop-in Grief Support Group on the 3rd Monday of each month from 3:00-4:30pm at Epping Regional Health Center.   These groups are free to the public, but registration is required.  For more information and to register, please call Jane Oldfield-Spearman, Bereavement Services  Coordinator, at 603-772-2981.

  DEEP FREEZE When: March 1st 3rd     Where: Camp Berea Cost: $100.00 a person $50 deposit is due January 27th to reserve spots. We have scholarships available for students or their friends who want to go but cannot afford it.  Deep Freeze  is one of our most exciting events. Students will spend a weekend of excitement at Camp Berea located on Newfound Lake. There will be exciting team games, sports, tubing and so much more. Deep Freeze also have great speakers and bands for students to learn and grow. We ask that students invite friends to join them for this event. Try a hard refresh. While in the app, go to the menu (horizontal bars upper left), and press and hold the refresh icon (circle with arrows bottom left) for 10-12 seconds until a message says it needs a few moments to sync.
